Been unemployed for 3 months. Wife is making up harassing & assault charges & I am unable to find a lawyer to fight for me. The one I got cost me all my savings and my employer decided to try and make me do more work for free. So I quite. But wife is still crying assault and took my back to court on MOTION FOR PENDENTE LITE RELIEF where I was left to defend myself. No money, no attorney and total screwed. Now because of the assault charge the courts automatically find me guilty. And all the legal aid fund in my area of Virginia is gone till after the first of the year. Help..
